1. Right of Return

You have the right to return products purchased from us within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

• The item must be in its original packaging and unopened.

• Returned products must be in new, unused condition.

• Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

3. Exclusions

Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of return and cannot be refunded.

We will provide you with instructions for the return process.

5. Costs of Return

We will cover the cost of return shipping.
Return labels or shipping instructions will be provided upon request.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges.
